Pricing FAQ

Is WUUUH free?
Yes, the core is free for individuals with a verified email: your action plan, deadlines, assistance matching, official links, mutual aid (one request a week), public guides and calculators, and the job board.
What does the 30-day pass cost, and does it renew?
It is a one-time $19 payment for 30 days of extras: case tracking, renewal alerts, letter and negotiation drafts, the document vault, resume upload and job applications, mentor connections, messaging, specialist booking (2 a month), group-purchase redeem and job reference requests. It does not renew and we never charge you again. Buy another pass later if you need more time.
Can my employer pay instead?
Yes. Employers, outplacement firms and HR teams can buy access seats at /for-employers: Basic $199 or Premium $499 per seat, one time, 1 to 500 seats. Each seat is a single-use code redeemed at /redeem that unlocks the extras for 90 days. Premium is Household-level: up to 5 adults, 6 specialist bookings and 5 escalations a month, and mutual-aid priority.
Is there a free trial or refund?
There is no trial because the core is already free. Subscribers get one no-questions refund per card if they ask within 48 hours of a renewal and haven't used the extras since. Otherwise payments, including passes and employer seats, are final.
Premium, Household or the 30-day pass: which should I pick?
Premium is $19/mo or $199/yr for one adult and keeps going until you cancel online. Household is $34/mo or $299/yr and covers up to 5 adults with shared cash-flow, deadlines and vault. The pass is $19 once for 30 days and ends by itself. Plan changes take effect at your next renewal.
Can I buy WUUUH for someone else?
Yes. At /gift you can give 30 days of extras ($19), a year of Premium ($199) or a year of Household ($299). It is one payment that never renews; we email them a code they redeem with their own free account.
What happens when my extras end?
You keep the free core: your action plan, deadlines, assistance matching and mutual aid. Nothing you saved is deleted, and the extras come back if you get another pass or seat.
