Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about free tools, membership, mutual aid, and what WUUUH never pretends to be.
- What is WUUUH?
- WUUUH is household membership for income change. You get a ranked action plan, help finishing paperwork, cash-flow runway tools, and community surfaces like jobs, forum, and mutual aid.
- What can I use without paying?
- Help Me Now, onboarding into an action plan, cash-flow runway math, response checklists, official assistance links, and browsing jobs, gigs, mentors, forum, and mutual-aid lists stay free.
- What do paid plans unlock?
- Individual ($13.35/wk) and Household ($19.35/wk) add finish-line tools: applying, mentor booking, messaging, case tracking, document vault, mutual-aid posting, and household sharing.
- Is mutual aid public?
- The request list is public so people can see real community asks. Opening a specific request, offering help, or posting your own requires sign-in. Contact details stay inside the product — not on the public list.
- Does WUUUH approve benefits or lend money?
- No. Assistance matching points to official sources and estimates eligibility. Bridge loans and insurance applications queue to licensed partners. WUUUH is not a lender or benefits agency.
- How do member discounts work?
- Stores and partners publish offers. Premium members browse the directory and redeem with a digital membership card (codes look like WUH-XXXXXXXX).
