Privacy notice (summary)

This is a plain-language summary of how WUUUH handles your data. It is not a substitute for the full policy reviewed by counsel.

What we collect

• Account details (email, password hash), profile and household details you enter.

• Documents you upload (resumes, vault documents, bills) and the text we extract from them.

• Benefit, budget, job-search and community activity you create in the product.

• Payment records handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

Why we use it

• To run your plan, deadlines, budget and job search (contract).

• To send deadline reminders you enabled (consent).

• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).

• To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Who can see it

• You, and household members you invite to shared surfaces.

• Caseworkers or partners only when you explicitly consent to a scoped share.

• WUUUH staff when investigating abuse or a support request.

Retention

• Analytics raw events: 13 months. Session rows: 30 days after expiry.

• Outbound messages: 12 months. Financial records are kept as long as the law requires.

• Documents and extracted text are deleted with the source document.

Your rights

• Export a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account from the privacy centre.

• Withdraw any consent at any time; withdrawal never affects your funded membership.

• Access is country-scoped: US, Canadian and UK data live in separate databases.
