I have spent 15 years working with product management, and these days I mostly help people move into new work. I also help with nursing. I keep sessions focused on one problem and send a short list of next steps afterwards. I work best with people who have been laid off and need structure. I volunteer some of my time for people on tight budgets. I reply within a day.
