I worked with nursing for 5 years before I started mentoring. I also help with logistics. Sessions are practical: we look at your résumé, your target roles and what to do this week. People early in their search tend to get the most out of an hour with me. I volunteer some of my time for people on tight budgets. Evenings and weekends are easiest for me.
