I have spent 13 years working with UX Research, and these days I mostly help people move into new work. I keep sessions focused on one problem and send a short list of next steps afterwards. I work best with people who have been laid off and need structure. I volunteer some of my time for people on tight budgets. I am happy to do a short intro call first.
