Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Wichita, KS)

Summit Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Wichita caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our shipping and loading. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving enrolment with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
