Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Ivory Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Wichita, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our shipping and loading. You would join a large organisation of about 795 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving customer sites with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
