Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Seattle, WA)

Nova Haven Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Seattle, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our shipping and loading. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Handle work involving quality documentation with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
