Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Rochester, NY)

Northwind Thistle Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Rochester. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on shipping and loading. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving lease renewals with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
