Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

Fernwood Cross Hospitality is a hospitality company in Seattle with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on shipping and loading. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Handle work involving guest bookings with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
