Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

Harborlight Willow Pharma is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on shipping and loading for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving clinical studies with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
