Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood River Pharma and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be shipping and loading. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving quality documentation with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
