Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

Bright North Property Management is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on shipping and loading for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving unit turnovers with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
