Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Early Learning runs childcare centres in Columbus caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on shipping and loading. You would join a large organisation of about 563 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving family communication with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
