Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

Rivermark Ashton Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Madison. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on shipping and loading. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle work involving customer sites with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
