Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

Northwind Yarrow Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Birmingham, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our shipping and loading. We reward reliability. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving customer tracking with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
