Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

Northwind Loom Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Boston, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our shipping and loading. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving maintenance stores with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
