Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

Westbrook Bright Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Detroit plant, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our shipping and loading. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Handle work involving customer orders with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
