Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

Ironwood Forge Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Reno. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on shipping and loading. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving claims with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
