Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

Nova Lantern Property Management manages apartment communities around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on shipping and loading. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving rent collection with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
