Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

Clearpath Fern Farms is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on shipping and loading for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving packing house output with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
