Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

Ironwood Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Indianapolis, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our shipping and loading. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving recycling loads with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
