Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Maple Markets and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be shipping and loading. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving shrink and waste with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
