Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Forge Freight and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be shipping and loading. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving customer tracking with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
