Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

Westbrook River Property Management manages apartment communities around Jacksonville, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our shipping and loading. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Handle work involving unit turnovers with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
