Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Haven Early Learning and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be shipping and loading. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Handle work involving licensing records with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
