Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Sparrow Transit Planning is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on shipping and loading for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving survey data with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
