Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Juniper Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Pittsburgh working with agencies and riders, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our shipping and loading. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle work involving ridership counts with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
