Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Oakland, CA)

Harborlight Amber Construction is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on shipping and loading for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving subcontractor invoices with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
