Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate Clear Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in New Orleans with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our shipping and loading. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving service complaints with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
