Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Granite Property Management is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on shipping and loading for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving maintenance requests with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
