Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Kestrel Markets is a Memphis retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on shipping and loading. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving online orders with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
