Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Louisville, KY)

Silverline Wilder Markets serves neighbourhoods around Louisville with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our shipping and loading. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Handle work involving supplier deliveries with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
