Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Sparrow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Kansas City, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our shipping and loading. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving landfill records with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
