Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Jackson, MS)

Bluepeak Willow Press is a printer and publisher in Jackson serving local and national clients, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our shipping and loading. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving bindery work with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
