Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lantern Property Management and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be shipping and loading. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving lease renewals with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
