Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Grand Rapids, MI)

Northwind Mill Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Grand Rapids, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our shipping and loading. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving ridership counts with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
