Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ridge Markets and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be shipping and loading. You would join a large organisation of about 584 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving promotions with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
