Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Columbus, OH)

Summit Cross Foods is a Columbus food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on shipping and loading. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle work involving cold storage with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
