Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Forge Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Charlotte. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on shipping and loading. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving carrier rates with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
