Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Buffalo, NY)

Bright Bridge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Buffalo working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on shipping and loading. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Handle work involving ridership counts with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
