Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Glen Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Boston with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on shipping and loading. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving landfill records with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
