Warehouse Associate - shipping and loading (Birmingham, AL)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Birmingham area, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our shipping and loading. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving resident events with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
