Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Virginia Beach, VA)

Summit Markets is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on receiving and put-away for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Handle work involving online orders with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
