Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Virginia Beach, VA)

Summit Beacon Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around Virginia Beach with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving promotions with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
