Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Sparrow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Seattle with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on receiving and put-away. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving recycling loads with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
