Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (San Antonio, TX)

Silverline West Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of San Antonio, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving dock schedules with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
