Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Mill Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Sacramento, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving accessibility audits with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
