Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Manufacturing is a Sacramento manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving work orders with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
